These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Luci Hub Inc. ("Lucihub"). The platform includes the website www.lucihub.com and related services (the "Platform"). Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy before using the Platform. By using or accessing our Platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and agree to be bound by them and the Privacy Policy. We may amend these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

This agreement contains mandatory arbitration and class action waiver provisions. Arbitration is mandatory and is the exclusive remedy for any and all disputes unless specified in Section 15 below or if you opt out. If you disagree with these Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

1. Your Acceptance

See the introduction above — by using or accessing our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Platform Overview and Service Workflow

The Platform offers video production services through subscription options. Upon subscribing, Lucihub assigns personnel to manage projects and conducts onboarding meetings. Lucihub reserves the right to reassign team members as necessary to maintain service continuity.

All video projects must be uploaded to the Platform. Our production team operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

3. Lucihub Accounts

Some Platform features require a Lucihub Account. You may only create a Lucihub Account if you are at least 18 years of age.

During registration, you must provide your name, email address, and other necessary information. We may also require additional information from you as necessary to verify your identity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for updating your account information promptly. Electronic communications may be delivered via email or posted on the Platform.

Unauthorized account use must be reported to support@lucihub.com immediately. We have final discretion in granting accounts and reserve the right to reject users without explanation.

4. Your Use of Our Platform

You are responsible for your account's use. Your right to use and access our Platform is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform to stalk, harass, or harm others
• Upload content you lack the legal right to share
• Upload infringing content
• Upload unsolicited advertising or spam
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Damage or impair Platform servers
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Provide support to terrorist organizations

Lucihub may terminate your account for violating one or more of your responsibilities, for violation of our community guidelines, or for violation of applicable law.

5. Content

"User Generated Content" includes information and materials you provide to Lucihub. You are solely responsible for your User Generated Content. Lucihub disclaims responsibility and liability for user-generated content but reserves the right to remove it.

You represent and warrant that your content will not be false, fraudulent, infringing, illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, contain malware, or falsely claim Lucihub affiliation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All text, graphics, editorial content, data, formatting, graphs, designs, HTML, look and feel, photographs, music, sounds, images, software, videos, typefaces, and other content are owned by Lucihub, excluding User Generated Content. You may not copy, download, use, redesign, reconfigure, or retransmit anything from the Platform without Lucihub's express prior written consent.

Lucihub trademarks and service marks are protected. Other marks appearing on the Platform belong to their respective owners.

Feedback. You may submit feedback on a non-confidential basis. You agree that we may decide to publicize such content at our own discretion.

7. Billing and Payment; Auto-Renewal

Subscription Fee. You agree to pay Lucihub the applicable subscription fees ("Subscription Fees") in accordance with your chosen subscription tier. There are no adjustments or refunds for unused videos, and all payments are non-refundable.

We charge the payment method on file on your registration anniversary according to your selected billing frequency. Accounts may be suspended for non-payment.

Auto-Renewal. Your subscription, along with any add-ons, will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period. Cancellation via billing@lucihub.com takes effect at the end of the term. Upon cancellation, access to your files will be revoked and the files will be deleted.

8. Third-Party Payment Processor

You authorize us or our third-party processors to charge for transactions. We may ask you to supply additional information relevant to your transaction, including your credit card number and its expiration date. You warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Lucihub IP are made available "AS-IS" and are provided without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We disclaim all, and assume no responsibility for, evaluating or verifying the accuracy, suitability, truthfulness, or authenticity of any information, and assume no responsibility for user compliance with laws or user conduct.

For jurisdictions that prohibit liability waivers, we do not disclaim liability for death or personal injury from negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other unlawful exclusions. California residents must waive California Civil Code Section 1542 regarding unknown claims.

10. Limitations on Liability

In no event shall Lucihub, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, or employees be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

In no event will the company's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or from the use of or inability to use the Platform exceed the amounts you have paid to the company for use of the Platform, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions prohibit liability exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to all users.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lucihub, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or your User Generated Content. You agree to cover associated attorney's fees and court costs.

12. Third-Party Platforms

The Platform may contain links to third-party sites. You acknowledge and agree that we have no control over, and are not responsible for, these Third-Party Platforms or their use of your personal information. We recommend reviewing third-party terms and privacy policies before using them.

13. Age Requirements

Lucihub and its Platform are intended for use by persons 18 years of age and older, consistent with the account eligibility requirement in Section 3. Lucihub does not knowingly direct the Platform to, or collect information from, children under the age of 13, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

14. Choice of Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws in force in Nevada, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.

15. Arbitration

Except where prohibited by law, you agree that any claim you may have in the future must be resolved through final and binding confidential arbitration. You waive your right to a jury trial and to bring or participate in a class action. The rights you would have if you went to court, such as discovery or the right to appeal, may be more limited or may not exist.

15.1 Required Pre-Dispute Procedures

Before starting an arbitration, the parties must contact each other with a written description of the dispute. You email support@lucihub.com; Lucihub will contact you by mail or email. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith about the problem or dispute. If unresolved after 60 days, arbitration may proceed. Lucihub retains the right to seek injunctive relief in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

15.2 Commencing Arbitration

You and Lucihub agree to commence any arbitration proceeding within one (1) year after the claim arises, or the claim is barred.

15.3 Arbitration Location

Claims under $500 may proceed by telephone or written submission. Otherwise, arbitration occurs in Clark County, Nevada, unless the parties agree otherwise.

15.4 Organization, Rules, and the Arbitrator

Claims will be submitted to final and binding confidential arbitration before a single arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). Either party may submit a demand for arbitration with the AAA, with copies to the other party. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the AAA's Commercial Dispute Resolution Procedures.

15.5 Award

Any award rendered shall include a confidential written opinion and shall be final, subject to appeal under the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA).

15.6 Enforceability

This provision survives termination of your account or relationship with Lucihub, bankruptcy, assignment, or transfer. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision becomes void.

15.7 Miscellaneous

Non-enforcement of this arbitration provision does not waive future enforcement. All claims must be brought within the one-year limitation period described above.

15.8 Exceptions

You and Lucihub retain the right to bring individual claims in small claims court within that court's jurisdiction. Lucihub will not demand arbitration for a properly filed small claims court case.

15.9 Amendments

Lucihub reserves the right to amend this arbitration provision at any time. Continued use of the Platform affirms your consent to any changes. Material changes will be accompanied by notice and an opportunity to opt out.

You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending a signed written notice to support@lucihub.com identifying the products you purchased and the purchase date(s). If more than thirty (30) days have passed, you are not eligible to opt out of this provision.

16. DMCA Notice

Lucihub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We may remove infringing material from our Platform but cannot remove content hosted on third-party sites.

A DMCA Notice of Infringement must include:

• Details enabling identification of the allegedly infringed work
• Details identifying and locating the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information
• A good-faith belief statement that the use is unauthorized
• A statement made under penalty of perjury
• A physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringer Policy. It is Lucihub's policy to provide for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of accounts belonging to users, customers, and account holders who repeatedly violate this policy or are repeat infringers.

17. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, conflicting with another provision, or otherwise unenforceable, the Terms will remain in force as though they had been entered into without that unenforceable provision. If provisions conflict, Lucihub will choose which provision remains in force.

18. Non-Waiver

We reserve all rights permitted to us under these Terms and under applicable law. Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

19. Our Termination and Cancellation Rights

We may terminate or suspend our Platform, your account, or any provision of these Terms at our discretion, without explanation or notice. You are responsible for canceling your own account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, warranties, indemnity, and limitations on liability — will survive.

20. Assignment

You may not assign your rights and/or obligations under these Terms to any other party without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and/or obligations under these Terms to any other party at our discretion.

21. Amendments

We may amend these Terms from time to time. We will update this page and indicate the date of modification. If you disagree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform.
