Lights, Camera, Communicate: Live Series Helping Communicators Master Video
At Lucihub, we know video is one of the most powerful tools for connecting with audiences, but producing it can feel overwhelming, especially for lean teams. That is why we partnered with ICology founder Chuck Gose to launch Lights, Camera, Communicate, a live virtual series designed to help communication, marketing, and HR professionals create great video without the big budgets or long timelines of traditional production.
Hosted by Lucihub CEO Amer Tadayon and Chuck, each episode dives into a different aspect of modern video storytelling. Along the way, we welcome special guests who share their real-world experience, practical advice, and behind-the-scenes insights into how they are making video work for their organizations.
Since launching earlier this year, we have already released three episodes packed with tips, examples, and ideas you can put into action right away.
Episode 1: Small Teams, Big Stories
Watch HERE
For our debut, we welcomed Melissa Beck, VP of Corporate Communications at Sumo Logic, to talk about how small but mighty communications teams can scale video production without adding headcount. We explored tools, workflows, and strategies for keeping content consistent, branded, and impactful even with tight budgets and timelines.
Episode 2: Video Planning Made Simple
Watch here
In our second episode, we tackled one of the biggest bottlenecks in video production: planning. Amer and Chuck broke down common pitfalls and showed how the Lucihub platform helps teams take control of the process from start to finish. Viewers walked away with a toolkit of creative ideas, time-saving workflows, and real examples from teams already doing it well.
Episode 3: The AI Director’s Cut
Watch here
This episode explores how AI is transforming video production, not to replace creativity but to amplify it. From scriptwriting and storyboarding to editing, translations, and distribution, AI is becoming the ultimate production assistant. Amer and Chuck will share real examples, the best tools to try first, and ways to save time while still keeping your human touch.
Episode 4: Lights, Camera, Communicate: Employee-Generated Content that Employees Pay Attention To
Watch Here
Employee-generated content is not a trend. It is the fastest way to make communication relevant, trusted, and binge-worthy inside your company. In this live episode, we will show how to unlock EGC at scale, from simple peer videos to repeatable story formats that build culture and trust. Join Chuck Gose and Amer Tadayon, with guests Carolyn Clark (Simpplr) and Jamie Bell (Workshop), for a practical session on turning coworkers into credible creators and your channels into must-see destinations.
Episode 5, Coming January 15 2026: Nailing Your 2026 Video Strategy
You already know you need more video. The real question is what that looks like in 2026 without burning out your team or your leaders.
In this working session, we will build a simple, usable internal video strategy for the year ahead. Instead of chasing every shiny tool, you will define the problems video should solve, choose a small set of core formats, map those to the employee journey, and decide where each video lives and how you will judge success.
You will leave with a one page strategy you can share with leaders that explains:
-Why you are using video
-Which formats you will invest in
-Which channels you will use for what
-How you will measure whether any of this worked
-This is not a gear talk - it's a choices talk.
Whether you are working solo, part of a lean team, or leading a large department, Lights, Camera, Communicate will help you plan better, produce faster, and tell bigger stories without the traditional headaches of high-cost video production.
